So, is it just me or do you sometimes wake up being clueless what to eat? Let’s face it, with our everyday intense schedules it is often easy to eat unhealthy or skip breakfast all together, which we all know isn’t a very smart choice, considering breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day.
So, what I have here is a quick, healthy, and a yummy solution to a breakfast that will keep you full, energized, and running. So, open that fridge and pull out these ingredients and get started! All you need is 1) yogurt, 2) 1 tbs honey, and 3) berries. Today, I chose to add raspberries and blueberries, but of course you could opt for something else or even add other kinds of fruits to embellish your meal further. Feel free to add oats or nuts of your liking. Shuffle your choices every now and then to keep your stomach and taste entertained. Simply mix all these ingredients together and savor the moment! It’s that simple!!
